Structall Building Systems is committed to your satisfaction and stands behind the quality of our structural components. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process for standard items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service department to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any structural panels or accessories back to our facility.

• 2.
  Prepare Documentation

  Ensure a copy of your original invoice and the issued RMA number are clearly attached to the outside of the packaging to prevent processing delays.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  All items must be returned in their original, unused condition and secured in protective packaging to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned materials, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
